Crowd Performance Comparisons

Article ID: 53
Last updated: 20 Sep, 2013

As you can clearly see in the Office365 Logon Performance graph below, it appears that something significant changed on April 24th around 8:00 AM.  Prior to that timestamp the customer’s Logon Performance (green trend line) was consistently below the Exoprise Crowd Sourced data (blue trend line).  This indicates that the customer's performance was better than other Office365 users.  After that timestamp the customer’s Logon Performance time was consistently slower than the Exoprise Crowd Sourced data.  This indicates that the customer's performance was worse than other Office365 users.

CloudReady Monitor Sensors and Crowd Sourced data were able to identify the degradation in performance and provide the exact timestamp to focus on during the investigation.
