Question:

Why does the Sensor periodically report a logon error when the credentials are valid?

Answer:

This behavior is periodically expected from the Office 365 Sensor.  The error you are seeing is the exact error that Exoprise receives from Microsoft’s servers.  This is a minor hiccup in the service provided by Microsoft and the Exoprise team implemented an Alarm for this scenario because it was experienced by several of our customers.
Exoprise receives other error messages from Microsoft's servers.  All the error messages are tracked in the Sensor's Errors table.
