Communications Preferences

By default, a weekly report is generated on Saturday evening of your personal dashboard, the shared dashboard and the alarm dashboard to each user within an Organization.

Exoprise also emails a daily report to Administrators when there are problems with the sites or sensors.

Both of these reports can be disabled for a user from the Profile page.

Disable Weekly or Daily Health Report

To disable either report go to your Profile page. The profile page can also be found by clicking the dropdown menu in the upper right, the Welcome area, or at the top of the menu in the left-hand side depending on the size of your screen.

  1. Scroll to the Communications Preferences box
  2. Uncheck either report
  3. Click Update to save your changes
