Changing your Password
Changing your password within the Exoprise platform depends on what kind of account you have. If your account is managed within Exoprise and not federated to a SAML provider, then you can change your password.
If your account is federated with a SAML provider, then you can’t change it within Exoprise.
Changing your password or account information within Exoprise is easy. Just click on the link ‘Welcome, username’ drop down in the upper right and then click Profile. You can also click here to go to your profile to edit your profile information.
Communication Preferences
On your profile page, you can change your contact information and update your communications preferences.
By default, a weekly report is generated on Saturday evening of your personal dashboard, the shared dashboard, and the alarm dashboard to each user within an Organization.
Exoprise also emails a daily report to Administrators when there are problems with the sites or sensors.
Both of these reports can be disabled for a user from the Profile page.
Disable Weekly or Daily Health Report
To disable either report go to your Profile page. The profile page can also be found by clicking the dropdown menu in the upper right, the Welcome area, or at the top of the menu on the left-hand side depending on the size of your screen.
- Scroll to the Communications Preferences box
- Uncheck either report
- Click Update to save your changes
