In addition to sending standard alert emails to your alarm recipient groups, Exoprise let’s you create alarm email hooks as well. An email hook will send an email to the list of recipients you choose. Typically, email hooks can be utilized for automated email processing.
Navigate to Alarms > Settings > Email Hooks from within Exoprise. From there, you can click ‘Add’ to create a new email hook. Provide a name and a recipient list, and then you choose which events to enable and create the templates you’d like to be used with your email hook. The template is a body of text that will be sent to your recipients. You can read more about alarm hook templates here.
