Alarms can be snoozed or suspended for a period of time. You can suspend alarms by sensor type or by site in case of service or site maintenance or in case you, temporarily, don’t want to receive any more alarm notifications.
How to Snooze Alarms
- Sign into Exoprise. Currently, only Administrators can snooze alarms
- Go to Alarms > Settings > Snooze Alarms
- Choose the duration that you would like to Snooze alarms for
- Also choose the Sensor types or Site types
- Click the Snooze button and you will see a countdown begun
